0 - 2: Congratulations! You have almost no difficulties with perimenopause because your hormones are well balanced.

3 - 23: This is a mild hormonal imbalance, which may get worse as you progress towards menopause. This is a good time to get your hormone levels in balance.

24 - 46: you are suffering from moderate hormonal imbalance which is affecting your quality of life. Now is the time to get your hormone levels checked and to seek advice for hormone balancing.

47 - 69: Your hormonal imbalance is so severe that is seriously compromising your ability to function and enjoy life. Restoring hormonal balance will improve your mood and replenish your energy. Seek advice immediately.

70 - 96: you are suffering from extreme hormonal imbalance which has become so serious that you scarcely remember what it was like to feel 'normal.' You need to follow a complete hormonal balancing programme to re-establish optimal hormone levels and prevent further distress.

Natural solutions can provide you with a hormonal balancing programme. In many cases it isn't just female hormone changes that are causing the problems. Very often stress hormones play a huge part too, and cortisol and adrenaline can become disrupted creating even worse symptoms. In addition, we also need to consider the role of thyroid hormones and insulin production. The hormonal cascade is distressing to you both physically and mentally.

Natural Solutions provides you with a programme of lifestyle modifications, dietary recommendations and herbal and nutritional supplementation to enable you to become balanced, vital and energetic once again. Your menopause doesn't have to be symptomatic or troublesome and it doesn't have to rely on synthetic hormones or anti-depressants to get you through the worst of it.
