Wellbeing comes from  balance. Balance comes from management of health, lifestyle, emotions, behaviours and our spirituality. 

When one is out of balance, then our total wellbeing is affected and homeostasis is disrupted. Homeostasis is an “Innate Wisdom” – your body is always trying to find its own state of good health.

In fact, every cell in your entire being is always trying to move towards this state of good health.  So you can look at homeostasis as this “internal regulating energy” that we all have. And the key to it is eating really well because every function in your body including all cellular process is dependent on nutrition. Every single cell requires nutrients to make them function and keep the body healthy.  Chronic disease is the result of years of ‘chronic’ or poor nutrition!
