My experience as a Nutritional Therapist has proven time and again that we are all unique and that our bodies often have a number of reasons for being unable to lose weight or maintain weight loss.
For that reason, all weight loss plans used are designed for your individual needs based on your body composition, metabolism, underlying health problems and a full blood test.
Our approach uses the Functional Medicine model of investigating the underlying causes of the imbalance. This can help us identify if there are problems that are preventing you from weight loss.
Making dietary changes can be overwhelming for many and current lifestyle can place additional challenges into the equation. During your consultation, realistic parameters will be set for you based on individual needs and lifestyle and you will be fully supported throughout.
We have different packages and options available using functional testing or DNA testing. Each plan is unique and designed for you to achieve your weight loss goals.

I believe that diet, lifestyle and knowledge are the key factors to optimal health. One of the most important life experiences that I had was being introduced to Metabolic Balance®.
